Minutes: read by Amy. Corrections: Bob Krentz instead of Krantz; Jack works for MNP, not BDO
motion: Amy/Mark that the minutes be adopted as corrected. carried
Treasurer's report: $10,353.92 all outstanding bills haven't been paid
Old Business:
Horse 3: Mark needs the clinic information to have the pamphlets finished on time. Alexa and Amy will also hand them out at the session Friday night.
Computer: Amy bought a used notebook for $150.00.
Facebook: Val Batt set up the page and we're all still getting used to it! Thank you Val!
Clinic: motion: Alexa/Cam CCHA will not book the warm up ring, dropping the fee to $300.00

Virden show: Neil wasn't in attendance to comment. The date will possibly be Aug 11.
MHC membership hasn't been sent yet.
New Business:
motion: Amy/Mark: If during a CCHA show, a cow dies or is injured requiring euthanasia, the owner will be compensated at fair market value from the CCHA general funds. An injured cow must be recognized as such by the owner and club before leaving the arena or pen. carried
motion: Mark/Alexa: CCHA will raise the judge's fee from $5 to $7 per class. This will be on the entry form. carried
