Minutes were read by Amy and
accepted by all.
Treasurer's report:
$12121.99 This includes the entry fees for the clinic.
Motion: Ken/Cam:
CCHA will take Mark Michie off as a signing authority and add Larry
Clifford
and Alexa Kullberg.

Finals:
Les Timmons will be the judge; shared with MCHA
Clinic:
We have 14 participants to date. We hope to have 2 groups working at
the same time with
2
clinicians. For those who don't take a stall, there will be a
$10/day environmental fee,
charged
by the Keystone. Larry will call Glen Brown tomorrow to finalize
arrangements. We'll
have
approximately 35 cows.
MHC: We
need to participate in 2 meetings to receive the $150 rebate.
Because we're more than 200
km from
the meeting, we can participate via teleconferencing. One meeting is
this Sat at 10AM
so
Mark, Larry or Ken will do the call. The other meeting will be in
October.
Horse 3:
Our pamphlets were well received. The clinic with Taylor Douglas
was great, both for
participants and spectators.
